How important is leveled ground? The road outside my house has 2 subtle down slopes and the middle of the road for some weird reason is higher? Are there any people that have done flatland on subtle inclines?

I’m looking to get more into straight line combos at first? So would it not matter as much?

If you're brand new, it ain't too bad just starting off learning basics but I've found I already prefer flat if possible. Makes scuffing a lot easier, especially when going in a circle. It's totally doable to practice stuff if that's all ya got most of the time. But I've quickly found I ride better the flatter my surface is. If you're working in a straight line, go perpendicular with the slope and you shouldn't run into speed issues unless you've got slope in multiple directions
