Hehe, Im an old guy but I still keep wanting to break myself  ;D  I have been trying to hurt myself with such antics as the spinning steamroller and a few others, I love the site and especially love the trick section, very helpful.

I have been out of the loop for quite sometime.  I began riding in 1987 with my friend, erm...let's call him Matt Spoolen.  Now I am back on my bike and am looking forward to many a sessions at the Mattland Mule warehouse.  You could say I am old school, but I am very intrigued with the new style of riding.  New school, old school, or alternative school...it's all riding to me, and I like it!

I used to ride in the early 80's when freestyle was gaining popularity, but I converted to skateboarding when the skate shop opened (and still skate to this day). From 2001-2004 I owned a skate shop, indoor skate/bmx park and screen-printing studio. And at the present time I work part-time as an Illustrator at a local college and run a small screen-printing studio with my wife.

My kids started riding bikes recently so I decided to get a bike and tag along. Over the last couple of months I have found myself having just as much fun as when I was a wee lad. I have a lot to catch up on so I hope to learn as much as I can from this site.

More of a re-introduction.

Name:Dre
Age:29
Location:Atlanta
Bike:ordered a Strowler this morning. Gonna put parts from my street bike on it.

Been in and out of BMX since '02. Mostly flat bit for the past year or so it's been all street in park. I started riding in Hawaii and still know a few riders there. Rode in San Francisco for alot of '06 and met alot of guys out there. That's the last time I rode flatland but I really miss it. I'm out in Atlanta now and Im burnt out on riding street. Glad to be back.

Whats up everyone. I've been lurking this site since I got into flat. Figured it was about time I stopped being anti-social and introduced myself. I've been riding in Hazlet (Monmouth County) for some time now but will be moving to Oceangate in a few weeks. Seems like there are a few people in this area so maybe we can get together and ride sometime.

Been into freestyle since day 1-was heavy into flat even though I've never been any good at it, still love it though, some people are naturals at it, and some struggle forever-put me in group 2! Stopped riding for a long stretch-running a business, racing cars, playing in touring bands, but have been getting the itch once again. Never gonna be the best, but always gonna have fun!

Like the flatland channel just clicked over in my head and I thought what the hell I'm going to try and be dedicated and ride. I use to ride for a period off and off about 5 years ago for several months. I still have my ol' rusted Redline 640 at my parents house in Florida. Currently living in Nicaragua and I seriously doubt there are any souls who ride in any of these surrounding countries. I'll be snooping around the forums, probably posting seldomly only if I have questions because I don't know or remember sh*t.
