Advices for HANDLEBARS

HI all !
I'm looking for some advices about handlebars.
I've got this one :
DEEP - ESCOBAR
Rise : 8,25" 210mm
Wide : 27,5" - 698mm
Backsweep : 5"
Upsweep : 5"
Weight : 760g
But I feel is too wide and not to rise ?! Maybe it's because I've got a darwin frame around 18" top tube. I bought the last Fenix frame of Viki Gomez in 19,8" top tube. I haven't tried it yet !!!
So I'm looking for change my bar and I hesitate between all of this :
FENIX - BAR
Rise : 9" - 230mm
Wide : 23,5" - 597mm
Backsweep : 0°
Up
sweep : 0°
Weight : 754g
ARESBIKES - AY FLT (actually, my choice)
Rise : 8,86" - 225
mm
Wide : 25,6" - 650mm
Backsweep : 3°
Up
sweep : 1°
Weight :
700g
St MARTIN - AJ
Rise : 8,75" - 223mm
Wide : 27,2" 690mm
Backsweep : 2°
Up
sweep : 1°
Weight : 858g
HERESY - ASCEND
Rise : 8,5" - 216mm
Wide : 25" - 640mm
Backsweep : 3,5"
Upsweep : 4"
Weight : 809g
What do you think is the best
I'm 1m85 tall.
I believe for all nose manual tricks it's better to have got a riser bar. But not to wider, because it's hinder me
With my Escobar I can feel it.
In the same time, I think to change my Magic Fruit stem (I don't remember the model) for
ARESBIKES - ARESTIC AG
Lenght : 30 mm
Weight : 191g
But, I can see on pictures, the axle of the handlebar is lower than normal (...) stems. Can you confirm it
!
THANKS YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR POSTS !!! (I'm sorry for my written english!!!)
PEACE !!!

Do what feels comfortable for you, have a change around and use the bars you feel most comfortable with.
