The floor at the contest this year was probably the best that I've ever experienced in either building. I didn't really hear anyone complaining about it to speak of. Even Percy who washed out on his run slipped only due to slipping on his own blood.
Perfectionism is something I think a lot of flatland riders strive for, and it's frustrating if you've got a trick dialed and all of a sudden it just doesn't come together for whatever reason. I felt the judging was very fair. No glaring omissions, and extra time was taken to absolutely 100% assure things didn't end up going awry. Awesome contest this year, awesome people, and I feel that after watching all 8 years of this and beyond, the classes had some incredible riding. I didn't envy the judges one bit because I couldn't have called it. I know because I lost a dollar bet.
