All my money is going into a new bike atm, make the jams later in the year & i hope ill be able to come to a few. I feel like i progress when i have someone else to ride with. Im not a fantastic rider but when there are riders at your own level i feel you push eachother.

Damn straight Topsey! I always progress more when I'm riding with others... It's great fun too!

Exactly, im not riding at all atm but when i do its usually alone (should really invest in an ipod!) most of my friends ride street (i do too) and even when i had a flat bike built up id find myself taking the street bike out. Ive convinced a friend to buy a flat bike this year so i wont be alone anymore! but i ride at funny times too so having a jam where everyone is there to ride, you can talk about bikes, talk about random sh*t & just generally have a good time. Will be at a few this year me hopes!

It would be great to meet up and ride with some other flatlanders. I've been riding on my own for years. So progress can be slow. I haven't seen any flat riders in the Highlands of Scotland, but they could be out there!
SOME PEOPLE DREAM OF SUCCESS ..... WHILE OTHERS WAKE UP EARLY AND SIMPLY GO FOR A RIDE

I`m up for helping organise an event. my kids will love seeing some flatland. Not many people do it in our area, just me and a couple of others.
just ask if anybody needs my help.
