If you are for real, you probably spend enough time on your bike that there's no time left for talking sh*t on message boards.

Of course, if all you do is talk sh*t on message boards, you're probably not as good or as cool as you think you are.

I live near park slope. I'll be down to ride afternoons so just hit me up.
Forget getting a $100 spindle to save weight, get a $40 bottle of steroids and do some push-ups.

Hey guys - I'm a total beginner (used to do trials and freeride) - but would totally ride with some other heads to learn from on weekends as it gets warmer. I live in the village so can get most places.

I often get together with my friend at his spot in Brooklyn for the season. You're very welcome to join us to ride. Message me if you're interested.

Hey I just moved to Fort Green BK from Chicago...are there any Brooklyn riders interested in meeting up to ride/any NYC riders in general? I know that I can get to Manhattan relatively easily/my graduate school is in Manhattan (I'm 24) - so I will be in Manhattan a lot.  I must be honest though, I am not that "good" at flat yet.  I recently switched from street (about 5 years ago) to flat after I had an accident that left me an upper extremity amputee - I ride without a prosthetic though.  I just never have had anyone consistent to ride with, and until recently I never thought flat was realistic for me to ride as an amputee... (I posted this in a more recent thread too, however, I thought it couldn't hurt to post it here also - but I apologize for the repeated post)

Wow, no way! I'm in Clinton Hill too. Are you on FB? I have the page https://www.facebook.com/nycflat/ that has some spots on it.
