As stated the AstroGlide is not compatible with Odyssey Brake Levers. I say it can be done and rather quickly without touching the lever. All you need is a 5/16 drill bit, a fine file, channel locks or a vice, basically something to hold the cable stop while you bore out the hole.

The first thing I done is switch the right lever to the left lever body and left lever to the right lever body. This is to keep the heads of the bolts away from the front where it will get scraped up from failed hikers or bails. (THIS STEP IS NOT NECESSARY BUT A PREFERENCE)

Take your snafu cable and weave out the cable from large hole of the cable stop. Hold the cable stop in the channel locks or a vice and drill/bore out the hole with the 5/16 drill bit. Use the file to clean off excess material. Weave the cable back through the hole. The end result should look like this.

Assemble the system as described in the instructions and tighten it up snug. You will notice the the head of the adjuster barrel is partially blocking the second small hole. Now that its snug you can mark the exact spot that needs material removed. Disassemble and file the adjuster barrel like this:

Now reassemble the system again and snug it up. This is it. You now have a Snafu AstroGlide cable on an Odyssey Mono Lever. Cheers

this should be a mod itself, if you could even call it that.

Alternatively you can run a smaller barrel adjuster and not have to modify anything. It won't thread into the lever, but will work just fine and won't fall out of the lever or anything
