Dennis McCoy for best all round competition freestyle rider. He's won comps as a pro in all disciplines - flat, vert, bowl, mini and street. I know he used to race, not sure to what ability but I bet he was good at that too.

of course there are the plenty of others who've already been mentioned, but BV - he invented the 360 tailwhip, he does the craziest hang-5 park lines you'll ever see - and 10 years before all the new school kids started jumping on the hang-5 band wagon. all around complete shredder of every bmx discipline. i don't want to see this guy's legacy die. he is too incredible and far too unknown. he has a few amazing clips in baco 9 & 10... please check it out!

Yeah, the 360 over the spine to hang-five is nuts, as someone mentioned.  I think he also does/did wall rides to hang-fives.  Damn.

He's not quite on the Miron/DMC level, but Brett Downs is the only person I've ever seen do a double decade and a double backflip in the same day.

My vote would be Bill Nitchke Steve Mulder both guys are from there own planet,have crazy out of this world street park flat skills to pay the bills.
