Just wanted to leave a little comment here about what an outstanding guy Marcel is. He goes by the ID "NAME" on here and is the man responsible for the new company Precision Products. I bought a used wheelset from him and the package appears to be lost by USPS. Marcel refunded my money in full with no problems. In fact, he contacted me wanting to refund me.

This guy apparently doesn't sleep because when I get up in the morning here in Minnesota at 5:30 or 6:00am he's already on the forum (he's in CA so he's on here at 3:30 or 4:00am!). From my experience, I couldn't think of a better guy to deal with. I wish him all the best with his new company.    -Dale

Well its come to this.  I have been really cool about waiting for two videos I ordered 2 months ago.  Erik Otto has not sent them, like he told me two times he sent them.  I would like my videos or money back.  I'm pissed.  I knew he had some health issues but after he was better he said he would send the videos. And nothing yet.  I know Paved_paradise and khe killah are both waiting on the same deal.  I have had nothing but great sellers on here and they will tell you the same about me.
