Can anybody id this frame

Picked this up this past weekend and i have no idea what it is. My next flatland setting.
frame is very lite maybe made of aluminium(refers to the weld). Headtube size is 1 1/8".  seatube 27.5mm. american bb. drops are 14mm.
frame was built very well. #'s 404811428

I'll take that bet.  "Old" is relative...I would put that frame somewhere around 1999/2000?  Not sure what it is though.

Note the dual cable rear set up. I have no clue. Is it a 2hip Pork?
Looks close to that frame.

This is going to drive me nuts. Could be a custom 1 off frame that salvaged a bottom bracket(hence the serial #) off of another bike? The welds are huge... even for aluminum.

and old in my opinion is freaking beefy with stand platforms

I just went through every company at bmx museum and found nothing similar to this frame. This is pathetic.... I've got way better things to do.
