i think you guys are more refering to the 84-85. I'm speaking more on the 87-88. Team models especially. By the time they were available in the local shops, kids didnt ride ramps AT ALL around my way. It was all about squeakin, chickens and ropes. The 1" difference i never noticed because they (cant say I because i sure as hell didnt) all had sports.
I had one and the 73.5 deg HA was really slow, and the frame was a tank as well. When I switched to a Trick Star(invasion tour weapon) it was a world of difference, 74.5 HA and 2 lbs lighter, what a difference.Haros were the heaviest frames
