Pleeeease can we get this started again Mark. The last few months really didn't see a lot of flat time from me the 'great' British weather has been too wet or the dry days are only when I'm at work   would love to see this started again I got so much motivation from this thread and hope to be gaining more when the weather picks up and I can RIDE!
''let me tell ya something i did a front n rear wheel hang on the cloping on the slide of the spine, now i stick to street!''

''do you freestyle?''

However serious you take it general public sees us as just dicking about on 'kids' bikes, some people could do to remember that and smile a little.

I just updated. There have been many riders asking about Karl over the years and it seems to be a good staple trick to do for trick of the month. So lets do this one for now. I keep better control of the tricks this year. I know what kinds of tricks the majority of riders would like to see done. So yes we will have hang 5 again and time machine. Hear is to a brand new year and new tricks to be learned.

Show your Karl's give your tips on how to do them. Lets make it a big month!

Each month I change the head title. Usually I make a list but I have not had time to do so thus far. I will keep it with the standard Trick of the Month tricks. Things that many new riders want to learn and some expert/pro riders can help with or even challenge themselves with a new variation or entry or exit with. We will keep it fun for rear and front wheel riders.

The ride in is tough to learn.  You rolling looks good. I need to get some bike time in this weekend. Stepping in and rolling I think is the best way to learn Karl. After awhile the position will become more natural. I prefer to ride in from Steamroller becauce popping in can be tricky for me at times. When I am feeling dialed its not much of a issue. I guess I focus keeping my weight over the stem and keeping my seat about waist high. I also keep my tumb pressed on the bar for additional support. I don't remember who taught that too me but thats pretty much the only way I ride it consitantly. I can just hold the bar but I tend to loose my balance. I hope some of these things can help out.

I have got some really nice ride ins over the last two days

Yeah I do the thumb hold aswell but I can't pop into it though :-( I have been just holding the bar popping in getting balanced then lifting/pressing my thumb

I love TOTM I've got some motivation again

Every one learns at a different rate. I guess if your doing other fwd rolling tricks that are similar it could be done. Some people learn very fast. The point of trick of the Month is not so much that you learn a trick every month. That would be very cool if you could but it gives riders a focus point to work on. Motivation is built when everyone is working on the same thing. I have seen a few riders learn Trick of the Month in a month. So its not so far fetch. Post a video of your riding and everyone will try to help you out. I will re post the How to that I made.
Keep on Riding!
