good sh*t flip it looks hot there   :P

Dude it is so much hotter than it looks!  Really it's the humidity that kills you.  I live close to the gulf of mexico and all that oily water is making it impossible to breath lol.  I drink about a gallon and a half of fluids a session.. and I still cramp up when I get home usually.

Yeah its a about 89 in ATX right now...I imagine its pretty close down in H-Town as well. I don't get out till close to 5 when its cooling down. I am hydrating now before I go riding so I wont dehydrate. Drink lots of water before riding and during.

I will put that juggler down on film today.

Thanks man. Can't wait for you to join, the more the merrier

Man I had another bad day on camera, great day off camera.  I definitely made some progress popping up into the halfhiker position, and I can ride it a lot better.  And I had two rideouts!  Now that I know I can do it I should be able to get something filmed soon.  I can see how learning the halfhiker would really help you do the hitchhiker because once you are in a really good halfhiker position you can almost feel that tire.  And I can see how it might be easier riding a hitchhiker since the bike isn't off to the side; really makes that balance point tricky.

Diary of a Hitchhiker Juggler Part 1

Here I am back a few hours latter. Its so HOT right now in Texas I could only ride for a good hour. The sun is zapping my energy. Here was my best attempt at a Hichhiker Juggler. I am going to put more effort into this.

My whiplashes into hitchhiker have been awful  :(  I'm heading to York Jam on Saturday, and will work on them there.  If I can't learn them this month, I'm going to keep focusing on them this summer unless the next trick-of-the-month really intrigues me...any hints?  :)

The whole year is planned out in adavance during the first part of the year. In the Site Navagation link on BMX Freestyler you can get the whole list there. I think its also at the begining of this thread..but here it is so you don't have to search for now.

January- Hang 10 Seat Grab
February – Hang 5
March – Messiah
April- Karl
May- Switch Hand Steam Roller
June- Hitchhiker
July – Mc Circle
August – Cliffhanger
September – Brakeless Decade
October – Mega Spin
November-Lung Spin
December- Lard Yard

Ooo July is a trick that I can't do still. Maybe next month will be the month! After August I am pretty much at a loss. I have very little back wheel experiance. I tried to mix it up a bit while everyone can have fun.

Nice try raddad, seems like that's one that's going to be hard not fall backwards on, you barely have any room to lean forwards.  That's one of my biggest problems, falling backwards.  It seems easier to recover from leaning too far forwards than it is to recover from leaning too far backwards.

Know exactly what you mean about the weather sapping your energy.  Yesterday was actually one of the better days for weather here that I've had in a long time because there was some nice cloud cover and the humidity wasn't nearly as bad as usual.  I rode for like five hours doing nothing but halfhikers lol.  Once I get a halfhiker on film I'm going to start on the hitchhiker, if I keep progressing everyday like I have I think I can do it.

God, that was easily the hottest I've ever been. Has to be around 120*F where I ride.  Well I'm not really happy with it, I can do better but it's just too hot to keep riding. I need to learn to do them in a circle like you raddad. Going to see if I can get something better on film but I'm not sure how much I can ride for the next month or so.
