Ha! God I wish I had that kind of time. lol!
My wife left for 3 weeks to Japan and I'm home with my 2 little ones. I had to have my wifes parents watch my kids just so I could get something down on video for the battles.
I know excuses...excuses...excuses! lol!

This is one of the reasons I started Trick of the Month. Its for those that can't do the trick and want to learn it while others are learning. Feeding of each other is a great way to learn a trick. And for those that can do it already. Showing off some links and different variations. I remember one month Boomarge to Hitch was being done...it was crazy fun month.

Its really not about me and my progression. Some people think that I put the tricks that I am working on. I don't I keep the tricks pretty basic. Not so hard that only a hand full of riders could do them. Not so easy that its not a challenge.

I learned Karl from stepping into it and dabbing on the ground..over and over again and again for about a year. Took me almost another 6 months to pop in and catch it. Thats just me though. Everyone learns at a different rate. I know there are many many pepole here that can do a Karl and are willing to help others learn how to do it...me included.

hey Mark.
i was wondering, with all the choices of 'which trick when', maybe
you could list several tricks that would help learning each 'trick of the month'.
not everyone mind you, that would be a clusterfnck.
i can't do Karls, and would like to start down that path.
most of us could use some guidance as to how to get there.

thanks
Havok

ps  great job, as always.

I literally have no idea how to do karls.

I mean I know you hold the seat and go but it's like I get some sort of weird left brain/right brain disconnect the moment I grab the seat.

Oh well. Dominik Nekolny can't do mccircles, so that makes me feel better about myself.

I learned to ride in from Steam roller first..Poping in was really hard for me. I just never gave up on it. Even though it seemed impossible. What i kept doing for a very long time was I would step on the ground and push of and dab the ground over and over again and again. One day I didn't need to dab anymore and I just kept rolling. I am trying to put together a How to. I hope it can help out.

Forward Karls are very hard for me and I've yet to pull one.

Weird...I can do Hang 5's, forward and backward elbow glides and backwards Karls all day but I can't coast a forward Karl very far???

is it ok if i contribute to april's trick in july?   ^_^

i will contribute to this trick in about 10 weeks, when I am all healed up.  The doc said no mo activities until all the holes are filled up once the screws are removed.  Said it will be Very Easy to break again until holes fill up.

Sorry I should have filmed something earlier but I always want to get better & better @ it before I start filming.  I love & hate this trick, but can't wait till the day I have it mastered so I can say funk you karl and your cruiser.  You were a bitch for so long but now you are my little bitch!  mwwuuaaajhhahahahaahah.  Ok must go to bed now.  Have to be at surgery center @ 6 am.    fookers!
