Quick question about removable brake mounts and gyro tabs
« on: July 01, 2009, 04:02:27 AM »
I've ordered a st martin wells2 and it has removable mounts and tabs. I want to experiment with not having a back brake.

This may be extremely obvious when my bike arrives (friday, I can't wait) but...
Removable gyro tabs and brake mounts are made to be put back on right?

I see myself switching between running a back break or not semi often. I just want to make sure that if I take off the tabs and mounts that doesn't keep me from having a back break in the future.

thanks,
-Andy

No problems, you can mount and unmount them when you want, it's not definitive at all ;). Generally brake mounts and gyro tabs are delivered with the frame in a little plastic bag (it was the case for my KHE Equilibrium 2009).
