Ok I need all you to help me! For the past year my town (Lexington MI) has been trying to kick me out from riding at the beach by my house. It is a public park! There is a pad next to some bathrooms where the four flat riders in my town ride at. My brother Bill Moorey has road there for his hole riding career. In the past the city put up signs saying no biking.  They have also told us there is a new ordinance
put in place saying no bikes allowed. The cops would threaten us with a ticked and to take are bikes away! We rode anyway because its bull!!!

   But jest this weekend the city put up new signs saying NO TRICK BICYCLE RIDEING. Flowed by the chapter  number ordinance.  BUT I looked it up and there is none to be found? I rode for a hour and a half with 20+ people standing around the pad watching me. And when the cop came they were all on my side backing me up. It was sweet;}

   So what I am getting at is how can they do this? What rights do I have? Can I sew the city? How can I ride?

like my friend and I do, go to the park, melt the zipties off of the sign, bring the sing home.."but officer, i can ride here, where is there a sign prohibiting it?" 

is so funney b/c a town 4 miles away was watching 3 of us ride flat at the beach and they are going to pay us to ride in a 3 day show for a fair. we are still getting kicked out but a town will pay us to ride

Avram.  You have to continue to ride no matter
what.  Also be careful not to get caught!  If their
there, than you gotta leave.  Play the waiting game.
Do what you have to ride.  I go through it everyday
as well.  So far I havn't been able to completely
weed out all the chit cops that arrrest me for riding
my bike, but I have made GOOD friends with some of
them who will let me ride.  They can do anything,
trust me.  Just ride fast away if they try to swarm
you, brother.  Never give up.
