put the bolt on the top of the frok holds it all togther and make it wobble or not as in to control the rate of the spin of the bars too.
having loss for that dont fit the barrings inside the frame will bash around and will rag the barring in quickly

eh, It depends on your definition of expensive. im a 16 year old with no job, so for me it is some task for me to get parts. I buy the big parts them peice by peice, right now I have a psychonnecta frame, primo hulahoop wheelset, and a kgb space fork. Ive got a ways to go before its complete but im about to buy, the headset a brickhouse stem the the mountain top fabrication (contortion) bars. along with the barends n' grips etc. anyway once im done it will have been $1100 and more than ive ever spent on one thing. and to some people , $1100 is a cheap bike.

cool i have no job to. i work hard for my bike used to work 60 hours a week so i could build up the bike set up i wanted and also to pay for bill and rent. life sucks but my bike is the most evepence thing i own of my own i dont drive or anything so my bike means a geat deal to me rather than a bike its a life i enjoy.
im sorry i a fended  you about how mush you spent on it.
