Worn Allen Key Thread = Broken Forks

Ok im a real spas for getin into this mess but i got there and now i need some help :P
  I was taking my gyro off my bike today because i was feelin some brakeless and when i put it back together, i forgot to add a spacer ( *bonk* ) so now my forks sorta "knock" around inside my HeadTube and the thread on my sh*t Hoffman headset is broken so i cant take it off to add a spacer, Any ideas?

I usualy use dremel tool cut off wheel to make a flat groove
to turn part off with large flathead screwdriver.
Old dudes can still rip

Hit it with a hammer and than kick it that works somtimes
I only have this stuff here for the sake of having a signature.
