balancing your bike?

wonder do any people try and make their bike balanced (equal weight everywhere) instead of just getting what's the lightest part to put on?

I am confused.  Bikes are symetrical.

i think milenko is talking about the front of the bike and the rear of the bike... i think it's important cause i had a setup a month ago and the back of my bike was very heavy and it is very embarrassing and it makes the bike move differently... i didn't like is so now i try to keep my bike balanced :P

bytheway, jamesH, bikes are not symmetrical: think about sprocket and brake levers ^_^
