December 6th, I will be up at Shields Skatepark in Flemington NJ for their first comp in the new building. There apparently is a 25x50 flat area in there that could be used for...well...flatland.
The pics on the site make it look a little jacked (got your email John! and I agree) but I talked to a friend of mine who helped set the place up and he said the small ramps you saw can be slid out of the way and we could use it, if we think the floor is tacky enough.
So if anyone wants to meet me out there on the 6th feel free!

I can get lift tickets at Camelback for $30 if I show my military id.i can make an 11 work. trust me! back when i was a kid, i needed baseball cleats for little league but we didnt have money for shyt, so i used my brothers old cleats for most of the season. ended up pitching multiple perfect games and shutouts, and batted around 800+ with shoes 2 sizes too big. ill be fine.haha. if i didnt get into riding Derek Jeter would be on my jock right now. ^_^

Yo! I went two weeks ago and one of the dudes there scraped the $hit out of his face wiping out on the bunny hill.. But u got balance on the bike and if u can ride a skateboard u should be goodso dude, i guess Kool and i will schedule another time to swing by your house then instead of this wknd since your going away. its kool..it will give us more time to scrounge up tools. just let us know when is good for u and we will try to work it out. maybe Jon can be free too by then for a little extra expert analysis. :huh: ;)

Just had an awesome session at Shields Skate Park. Only a few bmxers came and i was the only flatlander, i am starting to work on full bw hikers ;D my best was when i got the switch from the seat to the wheel and put it in front of me. I still need to find out the balance point for when the bike is vertical, but it was a good night!NICE! :beer:

i ride in north Jersey sometimes in (E-Town)Elizebeth,(Da Bricks)Newark, and Belleville areas with Kool-Aide and Jon Ortiz. and when i can-i hit up NYC for a sesh. tho i havent gotten up there lately.
got some good spots around here too, so if ur gonna be in the area..u know what to do. im off of exit 88 on the GS-PKWY...from there its 10 mins to my house off of route 70 west.
