Here is the new 2022 Starbike flatland frame from Colombia.
Available in 19.2 and 19.75 in 4 colors. Spanish BB. Cold rolled steel, Weight 2.2kg

This frame is obviously a economical option or for beginners.

The prototype was actually a custom PIR, made back in 2018. You can see the cleaner welds, etc. in the photo below.

But that said, these frames are a good option for riders in south america.
