It used to be pedalbnx then everyone migrated to global , now it’s mainly insta, and that’s nearly all adverts, we need to return to the original forums!

Pretty much! I gotta admit Insta has got me, as far getting that instant Flat fix. Although it Is becoming so so bloated, to the point of where can it possibly go from here..?

Agreed. Miss this site. Fb things/groups tend to blur. This site was/is very knowledgeable

It's been 1-1.5 years since I've deleted my facebook and my only complaint is that my video intake is suffering! Let's upload more to the flatland media section! I'll bust out the old camera as well

This place has everything you need (flatland-wise). Parts archive, rider hookup, marketplace, etc.. The problem with Facebook, Instagram etc. is that you just can't find the infos you're looking for the way you can find them on here.
You have to scroll and dig thru tons of unnecessary stuff only to realize that what you're looking for isn't there. Or at least can't be found easily.
Here we have different categories, which makes it way easier. Plus, you'll be able to get the info even in the future (as long as no one delete his post, and as long as Global stays online).
And if you can't find what you're looking for, just post your question. It won't go unnoticed.
Global is like a big archive/encyclopedia.
Yes, it's sad that it's currently a little quiet around here, but that's life. Times change, people change. You have to accept that and move on.
Those of us with the fire in their hearts won't abandon a place like Global.

It is all cool in here now and hope it stays that way.
Flatmatters is one of my favs to see updated news,videos
etc and I have been putting up as much stuff too in photos,
videos and such on my FACEBOOK page.
I am currently working like 40 plus hours a week because
I am part of the essential group that needs to stay open during
this times of the virus.So my hours to work,ride a few hours and
the rest is going online for a few hours and then sleep is basically
all in do now!The facts that I work 6 days a week is hard also..but
I come on here as much as I can and plus my facebook page and
art page on DeviantArt.com and of course riding when it is not raining
like right now! arggggh!

I also check in from time to time but and the ones that keep doing that are the older riders so we need to get the younger rider on the forum they would be the ones to keep this forum going they will be the ones to get the traffic flowing on the “for sale or trade” page l, we the older ones are not riding as much again so we don’t be on the page as after as we used to, I myself is going on 50 next year and I still try to ride when I can get the chance, I’m also building a bike for him to ride and well but parts are slow on the page because of the lack of traffic so we have to find ways to get the younger riders to come on the forum to communicate with riders and do sale or trade also ……
