- do a steamroller only invert your handlebar hand so the wrist is pointing up
- carve the steam in a tight circle until it turbines
- when it goes backwards, start scuffing

* the reason stepping in doesn't work for me is cuz I get no backwards spin momentum
so I learned them the aforementioned method.
** inverting the hand really helps for some reason, i don't know why, it's
like fingerless hang nothings, it JUST WORKS.
NICE!

I do them backwards and without scuffing by doing this:
- Turn your bars backwards
- Get into a steamroller type position and step over the bar to the peg and pick up back end
- It feels a lot like a steamroller, so have those pretty dialed first
- For me, my knee rests against the stem, which can hurt sometimes, but gives you more balance
- My leg with foot on the peg stays pretty stiff during the trick and so does my hand holding the seat. I kind of control it more with my hand on the bar with of course using the other leg as a counter balance.
- Rolling in a medium sized circle helps me.

Good luck.
