ima agree with paradise... also use zip ties... i find that they tie up tighter then the velcro ones. Also remove the slack. Your better off having more slack at the bars then at the fork.

ya i was having the same problem doing squeakers. cable would jam between the tire and fork, shorter cable will definitely help. an other ? about the fork. do tanakas and miami hoppers go together , it seems a bit flexy . I whey 150? ha ha

Isn't a Miami Hopper just the crossed up/tucked endo? What was the actual hopping called? Miami Hop Hops lol? Maybe I'm wrong. Another thing w Velcro if you/anyone uses it - don't just wrap it around the fork. For some reason it never stays tight this way. Instead get a velcro strap w a slot in it. Velcro around the cable and through the slot, THEN wrap it all around the fork. This will keep it snug while giving it enough room for flex. If anyone needs any just hit me up - not sure how consumer available they are but I use them for work all the time.

OH and on the forks, is that the 41 Thermal line or is it like you sai Pro Flat Forks?

i did the same thing.

then i got sick of all of it... and shortened my cable.

much smoother, and way cleaner... plus no rub
