The Federal Bikes V4 freecoaster hub features a CNC machined aluminum hub shell with proven KHE internals, 1-pc chromoly driver with angular contact bearing (ACB) for additional side load support, 14mm hollow chromoly, and an additional thrust bearing behind the clutch that uses needle bearings to reduce drag during back-pedaling. Includes 3 slack adjustment washers for fine tuning, and both drive side and non-drive side nylon hub guards for maximum grind protection.
