Kind of a good spot, depends on the day really. Some times it will be full of people and completley-un-rideable. But other times it's rather quiet and unpopulated. Good place to pick up chicks and have a good time.

Cop problem: Mucho Policia, beware some cops are complete assholes others will just drive by.
