This spot is located at the parking lot at the bottom. There is also a parking lot on the top of the cliff. Best to go during daylight hours, since there is no lighting. Weekdays are best with less people there. It can get crowded during the weekend. There are many other places to ride near this area. All of them are in Palos Verdes & surrounding areas. (^_^ )
