BMX Flatland world classic will be held on Jan 9th, 2010 in Yoyogi Gymnasium, Tokyo!

$20000 Pro purse, One of the world biggest flatland contests will be held in 2010!

Qualification

- 1st seed for the final
Top 8 riders of 2009 BMX Flatland world circuit year end standings. No entry
fee is required and automatically exceed to the final tournament.

- 2nd seed for the final
Top 4 riders of 2009 King of Ground year end standings. No entry fee is
required and automatically exceed to the final tournament.

- Organizer recommended
Organizers choice 2 riders based on top 20 of 2009 BFWC yearend standings,
top 20 of King of Ground yearend standings and riders who have achievements
equivalent to 1st and 2nd seed.

-Wildcard - initially 2 riders
Top 20 of 2009 BFWC yearend standings and top 20 of King of Ground yearend
standings except 1st and 2nd seeded riders.
If a rider´s qualification is duplicated in 1st or 2nd seed, a spot of
wildcard is extended. For example, Rider A qualifies for 3rd in 2009 BFWC
ranking, also 1st in 2009 KOG ranking, then 3 riders can exceed to the final
as wildcard. As the duplication occurs in 1st seed and 2nd seed riders, the
wildcard is extended in the same manner.

Entry fee is 15000 yen for riders in this category.

Update on Qualification (October 2009)

Qualification for BMX Flatland world classic qualifier has been extended.
Any non-Japanese riders can join, but pre-registration will be needed. The registration schedule will be announced soon. Here is the list of criteria of qualification.
