Forward Karl Kruiser

DESCRIPTION

Forward Karl Kruiser is a tough one to learn...

I would recommend learning hang-5's before this trick...they are more similar balance points than you would think.

To ride in, get on your comfy side, strong foot forward....pull the peg back under you like a hang-5 and push on the bars to the balance point. While pushing the bars down, take your inside hand off the bars and grab the back of the seat. It helps to have you thumb on top of the seat for pressure as well as your thumb parallel to the bars on the hand holding bars to keep more pressure and keep the bars more steady. **See the photo (coming soon)** Then lock your arms out [literally]...it will be tough! Do more pushups!!! Use your free leg for balance and try and stay centered over the bars. There is a LOT of upper body involved in this trick as in many tricks with flatland. I can't stress enough how eating properly, and working out are some of the keys concepts in modern flatland...endurance, repetition and sheer muscle are going to help leeps and bounds!

To get out, just step your balance leg on the frame or the back peg and grab the bars with your seat hand.

Now go do some situps!
