DESCRIPTION

Gut levers are super old school.  They are mainly a power trick, and when I say power, I mean it's all about strength in your arms.

Do do this trick, roll forward at medium speed.  Turn your hands backwards on the grips.  Now your gonna wanna lean forward and put all your weight on your wrists and arms and push up into a psuedo handstand.  The higher you can get it and the farther your roll it the better.  At first just try to get horizontal, then progress from there.  But, be careful doing it too much as it can hurt your wrists after a while.  Again, having a very strong upper body will help you with this trick.  Now go practice!
