One of the newer downtown spots in north-east Helsinki.
"How to find the spot?" Go north-east bound on Hämeentie and follow the tracks of tram 6 and you'll find there, if you don't it's your loss.
"Opening hours of surrounding shops etc?" I don't know about shops but the sign on the fence says using the court after 22:00 is prohibited but we flatlanders are quiet people right?
As to "when are the locals riding this spot?" Well, so far i have never seen anyone ride there except for myself and Martti. Guess this is one of those perfect spots that no many care of for some reason.
