It's in the center of Ocean City. (A NJ family resort town on the ocean) safe area, great food and drink near-by and a 24/7 McDonalds across the street.

The parking garage is relatively unused throughout the season (esp. winter) and is only a bust if kids are skateboarding and moving the parking blocks.

In the summer its ridden everyday, in the winter...its a great place to meet up.
