Its right by the beach. Weekends Hawaiians congregate for huge family picnics....often wanting a show thus making it a prime place for bustin some tricks. Sometimes there is free food and drinks involved. Downside since its a beach sidewalk there is a lot of pedestrians...so gotta watch out of the keikis (kids).
