The Paris is half the weight of the signal, but four times the price.
If you can afford the Paris, its a better choice. At least you will be able to lift it off the ground to do tricks. ;D

I think a lot of guys misread the amount you would like to spend. 1300 dollars gets you a very nice bike.
if you got the money, Paris II or Equilibrium 08 are hot rides. Or you can build your own custom ride.
