Air quality has improved today. The weather has cooled down and so have some of the fires. Arrowhead, sd, oc are still on fire but Malibu should be good to go. Hopefully the air in studio city has improved and the smoke/ash has settled. The air should be bareable tomorrow. Get ready for some dirty tires.

well it may of clear up a little but it is still smoky
and smoky enough for me to have problems
with breathing, sinuses etc and i wont have some
huge ass asthma attack because of it.

bottle, myself and anyone else from nor-cal as
i know are not going to this and i got my reasons
why i am not going.

FIRES ARE STILL BURNING DOWN THERE AND WHAT
I SAW WAS THERE ARE STILL 10 FIRES BURNING OUT
OF CONTROL AND THE BEST OF THOSE ARE 45%
CONTAINED. YEAH ALOT ARE IN SAN DIEGO BUT THERE
ARE SOME IN ORANGE COUNTY, MALIBU ETC ALSO
AND THE SMOKE IS ALL THRU SO-CAL SO YOU CAN EVEN
SAY THE SMOKE IS BAREABLE...THE LA LA LAND SMOG
IS BAD ENOUGH AND ALL THESE FIRES BURNING DOWN
THERE..GIVE ME A BREAK!

anyways yeah ill just miss this jam and im going to the intrikat
in December and i dont miss many jams and this is one of them.

Well, I'm going to take my chances and drive up. I'm sure the air quality is better than SD's at the moment. Hopefully there will be enough riders out.

It is probably clearer and there are a few less fires up there than in San Diego, but it does not mean the air quality will be good in Studio City. It is a big valley surrounded by mountains, so everything gets trapped. There is a scientific term for that, but yeah, the air quality will be bad there, just the smog alone!

This is why I think the air quality is a lot worse now with the fires, and I would go to any Hollywood jam, and I have done that in the past, but i have respiratory problems and sinus problems so it would not be a good thing for me to go.

Please dont overdo it out there today.

Well, I'm glad I went. It wasn't that bad actually. Seemed like a normal smoggy day in LA. Now SD...that's a different story. Still smells like someone is having a BBQ!
