2001 GT Dyno Compe is this a flatland bike? Anyone know the geometry of the frame?

So I may buy a used one just so I can have some parts for my new build

But from the looks of this frame it has a standing platform and a bent down tube by the headset? So I’m assuming this is a flatland bike?

Does anyone know the top tube length or any of the geometry?

Seems like it weighs a ton but I’m just using it to get brake parts haha might end up riding and experimenting on it

The Dyno Compe wasn't designed for flatland.. For 2001 that would have been the Dyno Detour and the GT Show.
