That's perfect, very well done! You've even gotten it down to where you can keep it in a nice straight line. Very nice.
As far as riding out, there are many ways. A common way a lot of people will do it is this: while rolling backward, switch witch foot is standing on the peg. In your case, your right foot is on the right peg, so you kinda hop and switch feet so that you are now standing on the same peg but with the other (left) foot. Now you can put your right foot on the back peg (while still rolling backwards) and then kinda just turn your body forward, switch your hands and then get back into a normal riding position on the pedals. It's kind of hard to explain but fairly simple to do, I'd recommend searching YouTube for some of the howtos.
For example, a couple of days ago flatmatters posted this video. I forget which of the tricks is the fork glide but if you watch through the video you'll probably see several different ways of riding out of that position
