Any flatlanders that ride with a cassette? Or fixed gear?

So I’ve been blessed with my first flatland frame!
But it has 3/8 drop outs and I don’t have the money for a new wheel
I’m going to have to run a cassette for awhile

From my observations I haven’t seen anyone not run a free coaster in flatland?

Do any flatlanders run fixed gear? There’s this artistic cyclist at named (violalovescycling)
She runs a fixed gear on here modified 29 or 26 And I see her doing like backwards no handed barspin turbine wheelies it’s really crazy actually

It made me wonder if that trick was possible on the bmx bike?

For an experiment  I think I’m eventually going to buy a road bike (flip flop hub cassette on one side fixed on the other) put bmx spokes on it and lace it to a 20 rim a biker up the street mentioned that to me and that’s what got me thinking do any bmx bikes even run fixed gears haha

Many oldschool flatlanders rode freewheels in the 80's, some of the still do.
Try out a cassette hub, you might get used to it. You can still learn all the front wheel tricks.
