Do you know what to do with the chipest steel basic pegs.
Any suggestions for modification, alteration.. or recycling)

Is this even a serious question? What do you mean "what do you do with them?" Do whatever you want with them. When I switch out a part on a bike I dont get on here and ask what to do with the old part.

Yes, you recycle them by giving them to a local kid or someone that can't afford pegs.
