Paint over

If i paint over alloy powder coated parts witha rattle can will i be able to take tha paint off with out destroying the powdercoat underneath?
Tryin to paint these.

Was thinkin about this an that other stuff that jus peels off but dont know if the brakes will move with tha plasti dip an the other stuff where i can get my rattle cans from only have silly bright colors not white.

But seriously, if you tape off the areas well before painting, you shouldn't have a problem. I'd go with the plastidip line of if I wanted to preserve the original color. Good luck.
