fly headset noise

my fly headset is making creaking noises when i do frok glides and just spin the bars round. what the hell does that mean and can anyone else relate?

Does it have a fly hop up kit? Does the lower fork guide/support move on the fork?
If the lower piece moves you will get a definate creaking noise.  Check it and if it does move , try to pack it with a shim of some sort.

Other than that, put some penetrating oil in both bearings and tighten up your fork top load bolt and stem bolts.
Hope that fixes it.

nah its all tight. i didn't know you had to oil the fly bearings

Fly headset does that, all street riders i know who has Fly Headset have the same problem!

It's most likely not even the bearings themselves, but the point at which the bearing comes in contact with the frame. Did you grease the cup before you put the bearing in?
