Ah, that's too bad. I have a friend who's looking for one. Hopefully the one you sold is getting used properly.

Wow, that Supercross sure is/was sweet. Really nice work you did there.

Nice Haro! Maybe some bigger bars 9.5 or so would make new  tricks easier on what i assume is a 14 inch rear triangle. The 1 1/8  threadless conversion is awesome. Paint is so pimp.

Thanks! And thanks for the tip. It's taking a lot longer than I imagined to get my old tricks back but they are coming. I actually felt more comfortable with the 50mm reach stem and 28" Haro Kneesavers I had on last week but I'm gonna give this 26mm S&M more time.

I have 9" bars that are on the roster as soon as I make an extender for them. bitd my crew and I just rode, and never considered geometry, weight, etc... Our concerns were more of the "How can we make this look more neon" or "Is Cherry Coke better than Jolt to make our brakes stick better" kind lol.

Makes total sense that higher bars will make it easier to control a rear that is large in today's standard. I've also noticed that the distance between my top and bottom tube are almost twice that of most new school frames. Other than the obvious (more room for jumping around), what do you think that affects?

There are much more knowlegeable people on this site when it comes to geometry. However i'll give you my opinion.the distance between the top and bottom tube( front triangle) i wouldnt think would be a big deal. it just makes whiplash tricks easier to have a lower top tube. However Kevin Jones learned all kinds of new tricks on a skyway streetbeat (simular geo to the haro). Also the seat tube angle is different (more laid back than new school bikes. This in my opinion is not a huge deal.  The trick to new school riding is finding your style.things need to flow together.  watch lots of videos of many different riders. The longer rear tri can actually be helpful for some back wheel tricks (bigger balance point). hope this helps.

Nah, I don't use that site; I'm a socialist. Just kidding, it's up there.  :D
