 yes and yes       its a real easy trick just put your bike down ( laydown then turn the bar sideways , then step on peg and pedal, stand up, kick it around , but i learnt to do it really fast , i cant almost get to now :) , thanks martin nice site btw very well put together

I made it!!!!
It's not so hard.
I can do it but not a lot, it's hard to keep the balanc on the peg.
I'll keep practice, and when I succeed a lot maybe I put some photo of me.

Kiora im Tennesee (nickname Mizzy) im almost 17 i am a female. i live in Christchurch, New Zealand. Only just starting to ride Flatland ... i used to to Freestyle but i broke my pelvis at the end of 2003 and have only just recovered beginning of 2005. Dont have a proper Flatland BMX but maybe soon ill have my own. im hoping to learn a few tricks off you guys and gals.
