Hellow All .. I`am from Bulgaria. I love Flatland since 12 years ago, but I don`t have a opportunity to have a Flatland bike, in the old days (1996) it was very expensive for me and my family to buy flatland bike. But the time is changed.  I decided to buy i bike - but it is very interesting for me what will think people around me ... my family , my friends ... my girlfriend ...  Everyone didn`t agree with me, even my girlfrient told me she will not be with me if I buy a bike.  Now ... I don`t have a girlfriend .. but I have a bike :) my dream to have a flatland bike is turned into reality. I am old guy ... 27 years .. but when I jump onto bike I feel like a child. I remember my dreams from time wnen I was a teenager. I don`t have much freetime to ride , because I work and I can ride only in the evening for one or two hours, it is dark and it is cold now (-5 degree) , sometimes is raining , sometimes is snowing , the spot is terrific , it is full with small stones and leaves and branches from the trees (the spot is in the park) , it is unequal it`s not flat  it is on steps, there is no other riders I ride alone ... and so on and so on ....
There is many disadvantage for me to ride Flatland , but I don`t give up , it is challenge for me to learn flatland in this circumstance. I feel great when I learn a new trick, when I am on the edge .. one wrong step and I am on the ground :) My body feel amazing , my brain feel free. It is very stange feeling when I ride ... I forget about everything in this world , there is no problems , I feel freedom ... my brain is crystal purity :)
I love Flatland, I always was love it, and I always will Love it.

 hiya,

i'm Kelvin Wong, from the ever humid country Singapore (aka xin jia por).

i started riding flat around 1993 or 94, almost stopped flatlanding from 2004 to 2007(mostly as an occasional weekend rider) starting to pick up flatlanding again to fight the flab, mentally and physically.

my occupation = visually artist/ sculptor/ children's art teacher

my ride = red ares choise, steingrabber 'y' bar and fork, peregrine hp 48s rims, hoffman generator 4x bearing front, nankai techo lite rear, 3pc chromoly arestic cranks, grey wellego magnesium unsld pedals, grey 99er seat, grey khe lamellos.

new bikes 2009(in the process of setting up) = one blk st martin effiel, one red st martin effiel.

the blk effiel will be set up with all blk parts from the choise (aka vader),

the red effiel (aka chick magnet)= st martin michiko forks, primo pro 4x bearings, purple profile/nankai/magic fruits free coaster, primo balance 7005, frnt and rear 48s, shadow conspiracy 3b spokes, colony pivitol post and seat, still waiting for either sequence or 09 steingrabber bars

singapore has a great bmx store called 20inchcircle(www.20incho.com), the brands that they distribute are sold at REALLY good prices and the prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
hit the site, click forum, scroll down the page till u see header 'bicycle shopping centre', and just below it ,click the link - '20inch0 shop' and you will see whats avalible.

ps: i'm not paid to plug the shop, i'm trying just supporting another rider-own venture.

Big Ups from Texas,

I'm GT and I became a bike rider right after I saw Rad at the movies..seriously

After twenty years in BMX I've seen some amazing things done on bikes. I've seen most of our sport's legends up-close and personal and even got to know some of them briefly.

I once helped Dennis McCoy adjust his back brakes, mid-run.  I also once patched up a scraped and tired Chase Gouin with bandages and English muffins waay back in the day when he was visiting Texas hanging with Tex. Time flies.

The person I am today and the profession I chose to pursue has everything to do with the fact that I am a proud BMX rider.  I traveled around the country, saw some amazing riding, and had the adventures of my life from the seat of a 20 inch bike. 4130 represent.

Besides the flatland habit, I'm also a photographer, writer, and I produce video content and sports programming for Yahoo! Inc.

My current ride is a Sick Child Badda Bling. I'm still pretty old school so I still rock both brakes and a nice tall setup -a la Kevin Jones. I'm trying to get back to a decent level and start learning some new stuff again.

Like every other rider Ive been on and off between life, etc..This time is different though because I've never been in better shape and my balance has improved greatly with Yoga.
good times.
