What's the size for the axle in the kgb palmero 2008

Hi guys anyone know what's the right size of the axle cuz I buy a new freecoaster hub in 14 mm but is to big I can't put it on my frame so the is no way to use it or Im thinking to buy a female axle maybe

the size is 10mm , you can grind the dropouts on the frame.
