What is this you speak of?!
..maybe getting thrown out of that basketball/tenniscourt/ or parkingarea you riding @, because somebody wants to play basketball/tennis, or wants to park his dammned car exactly at the smoothest spot. (?)
But keep on riding everyday and having all that trouble and difficulties might be also a kind of livestyle with the right sound on your mp3?
Cheers

well, that is something that is different from scene to scene, different countries, different cultures, etc..

I'm talking about everything else that goes on besides the riding.

If this happened I can guarantee you that your opinions of most pros would change dramatically if it really was some reality TV non-scripted sh*t. I can only think of a few guys where your opinion of them would change for the better and those are few and far between.

If you look at any pro rider's setup, you'll notice that none of them ride their bars with their stems at the very top of a 185mm stem.  Most of the steerer tubes are cut shorter, and their bars are just at 9" or at 8.5".
The following is the truth.  The preceeding is a lie.

^ False, I have the s&m top load stem sitting at the top of uncut Ody forks, which are loaded with spacers (above and below the frame's headtube).

You aren't riding this year, so you don't count.

There's a lot to be said for incorporating "lifestyle" into edits. I say that, but I don't count drinking Red Bull, tying shoes, or walking your bike through alleyways to actually be the "lifestyle" shots they claim to be. Anyways, said to much - carry on.

We'll have to agree to disagree, but even by your logic (a rider should only enter the pro class if he has a chance of making top three), I have fit in to the pro class before.
But, to each their own.
