Seeing a short interview with chad hugo along with a image of him doing a surfer.
Surely it was in the 80s at the beginging of his music boom.

There is a difference between someone who cruises on a bmx by preference, versus a freestyler/ flatlander/ bmx racer.
anyone who can ride a bicycle can cruise on a bmx, but it takes a rare breed of people ( some say dysfunctional ) to take it to another level.

I was trying to imply people that did ride bmx. Not just learn to ride a bike.
Hugo was doing surfers in the 80s and refered to himself at the time as a flatland rider.
I dont think bieber really counts. He rides both brakes though so that makes him a fag right ?
