We came across an improved version of the Suelo Moto frame on Hommage (Japanese online shop). There are 2 TT sizes available: 18" and 18.6". So it's not made for the taller riders out there but probably suitable for the Japanese market. Unfortunately we couldn't find the weight yet but a few more specs.
