Breakless Squeakers?
« on: May 10, 2013, 07:19:12 PM »

Hi there! After a couple of years I finally managed to get a bike built up.

It's kind of difficult here in Argentina because we don't have flatland parts coming in, so two months ago a local BikeShop introduced this frame, fork and bars.

They ride great, the thing is I can't put breaks on them so I have to ride brakeless.

Searching on the web and on this site I believe that I should learn Squeakers now (I have fork glide almost dialed) but I haven't found any information on how to do them breakless.

Any tips?

Thanks!

And here is a picture of my bike...

Just follow regular squeaker tutorials ( like matt wilhelm's ground rules one on youtube), but change it up a bit:

your first step you foot jam the tire than put your other foot on the peg. once in that position start "kicking the tire just be a little more careful as you dont have the brake to keep you from falling etc.
