shot-blasting frames

I know it can't be good for a frame, but realistically how many times can U shot blast a frame before it weakens, any idea?

well, i depends on the media. i dont see a issue with glass beading quite a few times. sand blasting or black beauty media would actually remove metal and would weaken it
